Blog Challenge: Day 2/Favorite quote

I’m someone who loves and adores beautiful words and quotes. So, sometimes its a little hard to pick just one quote because I have so many. But at the moment my favorite quote is this…

“Every night her thoughts weighed heavily on her soul but every morning she would get up to fight another day, every night she survived.”

I will admit things have been a little rough and sometimes a lot rough. Not everyone knows this because I tend to keep things to myself. Especially when I can’t explain how I’m feeling and why. I tend to be someone  who’s really bad with wording things myself. Which is one of the reasons I love quotes so much. haha But this quote I love. Because it’s been my life for the past few months so I can relate to it.

That’s one of the many beautiful, wonderful and magical things about quotes and music. Sometimes when you have the hardest time saying  or wording something they can say it for you.

What’s one of your favorite quotes?! I’d love to know! 🙂

  1. Hi! Just discovered your blog and I absolutely love it! I am coming from a pretty dark period myself, so I can relate to the reason why that quote is so important to you. On my part, I change “favorite quote” from time to time, depending on how things are going in my life, and I’m now using this one as a source of daily motivation: “I can and I will. Watch me”. I feel it like a great way to take more (small) risks in life, ’cause, you know, when you had that period of time in which nothing seemed to work, you start to get paranoid and that prevents you from actually getting out of that state of mind.
That being said, I recently started a challenge myself and I’d love to hear a word of advice from someone more expert than I am, so if you happened to stop by I’d be delighted!
    Have a great day,
    Cece.

    1. Hello! I’m so glad you like it! 😀 That is a wonderful quote! I’ll have to remember that one! Sometime’s it’s just the smallest words that can help pull you out of a horrible mood. Word’s are so much more powerful than people may think. It’s incredible the power they hold. I will *Love* to check out your challenge! 😀 ❤

      1. That’s so true, it really takes the smallest things to help you get back on track 🙂
Another trick I heard of (this one’s pretty silly, though) consists in saying “beep boop” in your mind over and over again until you smile. I tried it a couple of times out of curiosity and it seemed to work on the short term even though it’s obviously not as powerful as a good motivational quote.
Hope you’re having a lovely day! xx
